Refund policy

We want you to love your Fairytale Equestrian purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, makeup, deodorant, odors, horse hair, or damage may not be accepted.

To begin a return, customers must submit a return request through our website. Once the return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
The cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders that qualified for free shipping may still be returned, but the customer remains responsible for the return shipping cost.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, and return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the cost of the return shipping label.

Items marked Final Sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and assist you. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable law and any exclusions. This statutory right is separate from our standard 15-day return policy. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Fairytale Equestrian reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy, except where prohibited by applicable law.
